• We are a cage free environment.

• All dogs will be assessed as to which group of friends they will spend the fun day with. This will depend on your dogs needs. Each dog will be placed into the area which is best suited to them and will be monitored by our dedicated staff. Sometimes bigger dogs like to play with smaller dogs and vice versa so we don't always put smaller dogs all together.

• All dogs will have an assessment day to see if they can cope with the environment. They must be of a good nature and sociable. Day care for dogs does not suit every dog, so having an assessment is very important.

• Please feel free to discuss any needs your dogs might have. We pride ourselves with taking the best care and attention for your beloved pets.

• ALL dogs will need to be up to date with vaccinations (this will include Kennel Cough). Proof of vaccination will be required.

• PLEASE make sure your dog is up to date with flee and worming treatment.

• Male dogs NEED to be neutered by the age of 10-12 months.

• Bitches in season will NOT be permitted to attend for at least 3 weeks.

• If your dog becomes unwell on site we have the right to seek veterinary advice. The customer will be responsible to pick up payment.
